This was a remarkable tour, fusing food, culture and people of the Wadi Nisnas neighborhood.

Rani has extraordinary relationships and his enthusiasm for the specialty dishes

was infectious!

​We enjoyed meeting the many

warm, friendly cooks/bakers

who have been preparing

knafeh, kubbe, manakish for years!

And... did we mention,

all vegan too!!
